Senior Round Robins
Senior Round Robin is open to member players 62+ who wish to compete and socialize in a friendly round robin format. Our friendly staff assigns partners and completes draws depending on player level to ensure each match is fair and enjoyable.
Adult Drill Sessions
This program is designed to meet the needs of intermediate level adults and above. A perfect way to fine tune your tennis game in a fast pace, productive and exhilarating fashion designed to meet your exercise needs.
With 4-6 players per pro we will work on fundamentals, match play, and overall fitness. Monday adult drill will run for 1 hr. Mary’s USTA drills will run 1.5 hrs twice a week.
Play Tennis Fast
This new Adult beginner program will get you start playing tennis in 6 weeks; and that’s FAST! Start learning with larger slower balls using the short courts and we will quickly move you through progressions to get your game up to full court play.
Classes will be 1 hour (60 Minutes) of instruction PLUS 30 min free practice time each week! The best part of PLAY TENNIS FAST at Rocky Hill is only $49 per adult for the entire session!
Evening Singles Challenge
Evening singles challenge is a ladder match format that allows adults at any age and any level to compete 1 v 1 singles format. Matches are scheduled weekly on each player’s availability and skill level to ensure each match will leave you with the thrill of tennis.
USTA Adult Team Tennis
With hundreds of thousands of players 18 and over competing nationwide, USTA League brings players together to enjoy physical activity, camaraderie and teamwork
USTA League is designed to accommodate all adult players and most skill levels. You can enjoy hours of match play during your free time, which will help skill improvement and match play tactics.
Cardio Tennis is the THIRD way to play tennis! 5-10 minutes of warm up and drills followed by 40 minutes of fun and active games and then a 5-10 minute cool down. Drop in for a fun Tennis Workout with music and using low compression balls to accommodate all levels of play.
Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.
It is a very social and fun class for players of all ability levels taught by a tennis teaching professional or fitness professional. If you’ve never played tennis before it is a great way to be introduced to the sport and if you are an experienced high level tennis player it is the best way to train for tennis.
Pickle ball is one of the hottest games around today! It is played on a smaller court with an oversized paddle and a whiffle ball. The game is easy to pick up, fun to play, very social, and a great way to get exercise!
Players at the club have access for up to 8 Pickleball courts. There is new LED lighting, it’s roomy, and there is netting between courts.
TFCRH has $49 Pickleball membership and with that membership you can play for $6 per day. If you are a non-member, the fee is $8 per day. Drop in play is welcome so if you want to give Pickleball a try, come out to the club and join the fun!
